Please read these terms before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted to purchase the products you order in your jurisdiction, to use this site. It's your responsibility to know and follow the laws and regulations that apply where you live and where an order is shipped.

3. Orders & pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item's stock or price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. Prices and availability can change without notice and don't apply retroactively to orders already placed.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we don't store your card or account details. An order is only confirmed as paid once that provider confirms the payment; until then it remains pending and stock is not guaranteed to be held for it.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items you order pass to you once we hand the order to the shipping carrier. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. Returns & refunds

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods; for an order with several items delivered separately, they start when the last item is received.

How to withdraw

To exercise this right, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, by email to support@finderskeep.online or through Support, quoting your order number. You may use any clear statement; a specific form is not required. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days end. Then send the goods back, unused and in their original packaging where possible, within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received for the goods, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are told of your decision to withdraw. We may wait until we have received the goods back, or until you show proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund is made with the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. We are not liable for extra delivery costs if you chose a delivery option other than our cheapest standard one.

Return shipping

Unless we state otherwise before you order, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Perishable goods and live plants (no withdrawal)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This includes live plants, cuttings, seeds and other living or perishable items, which cannot be returned for a change of mind once delivered. It also does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

If an order arrives damaged, dead on arrival, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, contact Support with your order number and, where possible, photos, as soon as you can after delivery so we can look into it. Where the law gives you a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund), we will honour it, and this applies to perishable goods too.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to misuse, resell in violation of applicable law, or misrepresent any product purchased here. We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

Products and this site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what's required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products purchased through it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Check this page periodically if you want to stay current.
